Drafting and Design Program Objectives
The program provides the student with the entry-level skills necessary to enter the architectural drafting field as CAD Operators, Architectural CAD Technicians, Engineering CAD Technicians, Architectural Drafters, Mechanical Drafters, and 
Engineering Drafters. The majority of students' time will be spent actually doing the design and computerized drafting required in the real world. Students receive not only theory but project based hands-on training on fully equipped CAD workstations. The training also includes proper industry terminology and job search techniques.
