When “Refrigerated” Air Conditioning became available in the early 1900s, it transformed how movie theaters – and Hollywood. In an effort to be comfortable in our homes, our places of work, and wherever our travels should take us, we want to be comfortable. This requires very sophisticated heating and cooling and refrigeration equipment. While comfort is the main goal with HVAC, energy efficiency and environmental protection are very important.

Master Commercial/Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Historically, our most popular program. Learn everything included in the HVAC Technician program, as well as Commercial Refrigeration, in less time than many schools take to teach Residential HVAC. Commercial Refrigeration includes training on Ice Machines, Reach-in and Walk-in Refrigeration equipment, and so much more. Call now for an appointment to learn more about option for training.

HVAC/Refrigeration and DDC Technology

We saved the best for last. This program includes everything contained in the Master Commercial/Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning program (above), but also includes training in System Design as well as Direct Digital Controls – which encompasses the computerized control systems used today to keep energy costs low and to maintain better control of HVAC equipment. This program is eligible to meet the prerequisite for “Pre-Apprenticeship Training for Local 250 – and affiliated branches of the JJATC Program.
